All Cycle Supply sells retail to customers worldwide. There is no minimum order. We offer free shipping on orders over $125 in the Contiguous United States (i.e. all states excluding AK & HI) with a proper street address. Orders shipped to Canada over $200, and orders shipped to Australia or New Zealand over $300 also qualify for free shipping. Expedite shipping orders must be placed before 11:00 am EST or it will be processed the next business day. Please allow 1 business day to process all other orders.
Damages for packages is the responsibility of the carrier. You will have to contact USPS and make a claim. All shipments must be opened immediately. We will not accept claims after 10 days. A copy of the tracking number for orders is on all Sales Receipts and Invoices. Please look at the bottom of the description area on your receipt that is emailed to you after orders are processed. You can track your package by going to http://www.usps.com and select Track & Confirm.
All prices are retail. You do not get a discount for large orders. Prices are already discounted for our customers. Florida orders must pay applicable sales tax.
Current pricing, when in dispute, is the price as listed in our online shopping cart. We seldom increase prices but all prices are subject to change without notice.
We can only guarantee parts will fit the applications listed on each item. The parts will fit other bikes, but you will have to do a self search and All Cycle Supply will not be responsible for parts bought to fit other bikes.
Exhaust systems have a 30 day warrantee against manufacturers defects or workmanship. Warranties do not cover damage caused by impact, modification, exposure to corrosives or deterioration caused by weather or wear. The customer is responsible for all damage caused by installation, accident, or neglect. Bright chrome systems do not have warrantee against bluing. Warranty returns must have prior approval from our order desk and have ALL hardware returned.
Electrical parts are NOT returnable for any reason. See our Model ID chart and be sure that you are ordering items for the correct bike (we are not responsible for items you have ordered incorrectly). We do not sell used parts. Please do not order these items as diagnostic tools.
Carb parts are NOT returnable for any reason.
General merchandise is guaranteed for 30 days from date of sale against manufacturers defect in workmanship. Any item which has been modified, subjected to misuse, neglect, incorrect installation or application is not covered.
We do not warranty wearing items such as cables, rubber parts, bulbs, filters, contact points, brakes etc. unless they are shown to be defective prior to installation.
No returns after 30 days. You will be charged a 20% restocking fee if returned within 30 days of order and parts are new, in original packaging clean and unmarked. You must have authorization from us before you return any parts. Send all return requests to: email@example.com.
